Integrating With Essence

Today I feel compelled to write about getting in touch with one's essence -- or inner being.

I've been familiar with the term inner being for a while as a result of being plugged into the teachings of Abraham. But it's actually through the work of another channeler, Maureen Becker and her work with the teachings of SAM that I came to become familiar with the term essence.
